Everyone’s transition journey will be slightly different, but here is a general guide on what to expect when applying and transitioning to Banyan Advisers. We expect most transitions will take between 45 and 90 days.

Expression of Interest
You complete and provide us with an Expression of Interest which contains sufficient information to be able to provide a limited offer and licensing quote
Formal Application Submission
You will submit a completed Application, enclosing Searches Attachments, Sample file for compliance review, Executed CAR and SAR agreements, Application fee remittance (to cover searches, file review and legal preparation)
Onboarding Process
Book advice software data migration - Practice review (GoLive90) - Induction - Adviser Central onboarding - Initial pre-vet period

Banyan Information Package
Brochure, Packages pricing schedule, other informative material not available via the website, relevant to an appointment with Banyan
Limited Offer
If accepted, Banyan will provide a Formal Limited Offer, with commercial terms and conditions, application documents pack, including legal agreements
Approval Process
Receive application - Process application - Conduct searches, check references - Board approval - Counter-sign CAR and SAR agreements
